Pan Fried Fish w/ Sweet and Spicy Sauce
It was a tiring day after work and I was kinda hungry and not sure if will call and order some food out or cook. Then I decided to cook this fish that I bought from the grocery, it was a medium sized fish. I then started to prepare and look for ingredients that are already available in our apartment and finally prepared the dish. It was a quick one since i'm already starving. I cooked the brown rice first and leave it while I'm chopping some onion, garlic, red chilis and some coriander. Pan fried the fish and on a small skillet, saute the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil and add some mixture of hoisin sauce, oysters sauce, chopped red chilis, sugar, corn starch and water, Mixed it together in the pan until it thickens. Pour it over the pan fried fish and in less that 15 minutes, i have a meal. Saved money from fastfood delivery huh... (please check out the pix on my photos)... enjoy!!
